Is there reserve seating?

All seating is first come, first served. The lush lawns of Gambel Field offer plenty of space for your tarp, blanket (no larger than 8 x 8), beach towels, or lawn chairs. Only low- profile chairs are allowed closest to the stage and high-profile, regular lawn chairs are allowed further back.  If we can roll a basketball under it, it is a high-profile chair, and we will kindly ask you to move further back.  Please be considerate of those behind you who want to see the stage too.

Park Benches will be arranged near the stage.  This seating is also general admission, first-come, first-served seating. We ask that benches not be saved, or held by unattended personal belongings, for an extended period-of-time.

Shade tents or canopies are limited to a 10′ x 10′ footprint and may only be set up in areas that do not compete with stage viewing, stage production crews, vendors, food trucks, or the kid’s area.  Considering our available space, please be considerate by not blocking anyone’s view of the stage. ABSOLUTELY!  Children under 12 years of age get in for free with the paid admission of a parent or guardian. Children ages 13-17 are at reduced rates (Please be honest.). Be aware there will be alcohol vendors on premises. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. There will be an array of items for sale at the festival, including tasty food vendors, beverage stations, alcohol stations, a variety of arts and craft vendors, festival t-shirts and musician merchandise, and a whole lot more.

Is there camping available?

We are still working through the logistics of whether we can reasonably offer camping.  We hope to have this information soon.

Please note, if camping is offered there will be additional fees for that.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes!  So long as your dog is well socialized.  You must have fido on a leash not more than 6’ in length at all times. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet, so bring your own disposal bags.  Do not let the boys “mark” or lift a leg to anything on field (canopy legs, barrels, tables, chairs, etc.)  There is a fenced area in the South East corner of the parking lot for potty breaks.  Excessive barking (or howling) may result in you being asked to remove your dog from the event.
